Volume pricing is based on your average monthly units. Shipping to Amazon is billed at cost, or you can use your own Amazon partnered-carrier labels. Returns processing and order fulfillment are quoted by volume.

Questions sellers ask us
Do you charge a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription and no setup fee. You pay per unit and per service, as listed on our rate sheet.
How fast do you ship to Amazon?
Most shipments leave within 24–48 business hours after we receive and count your inventory, as long as your Amazon shipment plan is ready.
Do you work with international sellers?
Yes. Many clients buy from suppliers overseas or in other states and ship directly to us. We can also receive goods from freight forwarders.
Is my inventory insured?
We handle your products with care and our liability terms are set out in our service agreement. We recommend that every seller also insures their own inventory.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Yes, by appointment. For building security, access codes are never shared, and visits are always accompanied.
